陽明海運發布巴西木質包裝材料新規注意事項

根據巴西木質包裝材料新規定，陽明海運1月26日向客戶發布注意事項，詳情如下： 巴西農業當局于2015年9月公告木質包裝材料新規定，未來所有進出巴西港口的貨載，集裝箱當中有木質包裝材料者，必須申報木質材料之相關細節。
自即日起，請于托書(shipping order/instruction)中載明您托運的集裝箱中所含木質材料包裝屬以下哪一類別：
Wooden Package Processed (經加工之木材包裝)：
The packaging material is processed wood，a wood derivation made of fine wood carving plates.
Wooden Package Treated and Certified (經處理/煙熏并經認證之木材包裝)：
The packaging material has been treated and/or fumigated，and with a certificate.
Wooden Package Non-Treated and Non-Certified(未經處理/煙熏且未經認證之木材包裝)：
The packaging material has not been treated nor fumigated，and without a certificate.
對于未在托書上載明上述含有木質包裝之貨載，陽明海運將以”Not Applicable”向當地海關進行申報；對于因申報錯誤或未申報而造成可能的費用、罰金及交貨延遲等，系貨主之責任，與陽明海運無關，陽明海運如因此受有任何損失，貨主應負賠償責任。
